Executive Board

Jack Miller President and CEO Jack Miller has been a Chamber executive for over twenty four years. He is a graduate of the Institute for Organizational Management and his area of expertise is Economic Development. Mr. Miller has attended numerous economic development programs throughout the country. Jack attended the University of Georgia, the University of Oklahoma, the College of Charleston and is a graduate of the University of Delaware.

Ely M. Miller EVP Sales & Marketing Ely M. Miller has a successful career in the oil & gas industry and in sales and marketing for more than 25 years. She developed several projects and made a tremendous contribution with the new design of Vapor Recovery Systems which purifies the gas from oil storage tanks and converts it to LNG. She wrote for the Gas Processor Association Latin America Chapter 1985. In addition, she has held management positions for more than 15 years as a business consultant in property management, sales, marketing and developing business to business companies. She has trained independent business owners in different continents such as Europe, Africa, Asia, South America, and North America. Currently, she is the Executive Vice President of AmericaChamber.com and has her own business in direct sales and marketing, Ely International Shop.
